FAQ:

1) My face shape is ______ shape, which one should i choose?
A: I'm not en expert. Everyone's face & styles are different.

2) Is the material good?
A: Yes, Material comes from Japan.

3) Can I wash the wigs?
A: Wigs can be washed, not NOT recommended for regualr washing.

4) Can I use normal combs to comb the wigs?
A: you may but there is a high possiblity that your wigs will get entangled.
It is better for you to use the recommended comb for wigs.

5) How do I wash it?
A: When washing with water, the water flow must be small.

6) After washing what should i do?
A: DO NOT USE HAIR DRYER TO BLOW IT DRY, DO NOT PUT UNDER THE SUN.
Just use a dry towel gently tap on the surface & air dry under shades.

7) Is this Human Wigs?
A: No, But the quality is good.

8) Do I supply?
A: Yes, I do. Email me for more infos.

9) Can I exchange if i don't like it?
A: Of course, No.

10) HOW DO I PUT ON A WIG?
A: PLEASE REFER BELOW FOR GUIDE.

11) WHAT ARE THE COLORS AVAILABLE?
A: REFER BELOW!

12) What is the difference between old colour version & the new ones?
-There are slightly some different.

13) So which one will i receive for the colours?
-Most probably will the the newer versions as they had already used the new stocks ordered from Japan.. but not 100% confirmed. So do not blame me when the colour you received is different or in a lighter/darker tone.

14) will I be getting the exact colour and the shape for the wigs?
-As i mentioned earlier, I'm not sure which colour will they be using. Colours may differ due to lighting.
